Pre-Payment options allow you to save on labor costs. Rates such as 2 hours for $60*, 3 hours for $85*, and 4 hours for $105*.

Sign up for from three to twelve months. If you use all your time, more time can be purchased for an additional $35.00 an hour. Please call for details. We provide carpentry (specializing in small remodeling jobs), decks, sheds, privacy fences, interior painting, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, handicap accessories and more!

Maintenance work can include, but is not limited to, items such as the following:

• Unplug sink/toilette
• Repair window/screen
• Repair minor leaks
• Replace faucet’s
• Change furnace/AC filters
• Move furniture
• Replace light bulbs
• Repair switches/outlets
• Repair holes in wall (6”–12”)
• Repair wood privacy fence
• Repair gutters
• Replace water heater
• Install ceiling fan (wiring must be present)
• Replace shower fixtures
